新工科视域下的电磁场与微波类课程改革探究

摘要 深入挖掘新工科的内涵特征,以培养新工科人才为目标,针对我校在电磁场与微波类课程建设中存在的问题,借鉴国内外知名高校在相关课程建设中的经验做法,从课程教学方法、实验教学体系和课程思政三个方面阐释了改革和探索的主要举措。围绕交互式仿真教学设计“兴趣培养-理论教学-课外实践”多级交叉融合的电磁场与微波类课程一体化教学法和构建“演示实验-基础实验-综合实验-创新实验”的多级递推式实验教学体系以及形成多维思政要素有机融合的课程内涵建设,实现电磁场与微波类课程由“知难而退”课程向“迎难而上”课程转变,有效夯实学员的电磁理论基础,为后续专业课的学习提供坚实的基础以及创新的源泉,同时逐步形成跨课程、分阶段、连续性的系统实验框架,为学员构建完整的知识体系和系统架构打下良好的基础,借助“课程思政”在课程中的价值引领作用,真正实现“立德树人”的教育理念。 In this paper, by deeply excavating the connotation and the characteristics of the “emerging engineering education” to cultivate new engineering talents, in view of the problems existing in the construction of electromagnetic field and microwave courses in our university, and based on the experience and practices of well-known universities at home and abroad, the main methods of reform and exploration are explained from the three aspects including the teaching methods, the experimental teaching systems and the ideological and political education design. The integrated teaching method of electromagnetic field and microwave courses is designed based on interactive simulation, including interest cultivation, theory teaching and extracurricular practice. A multi-level recursive experimental teaching system of “demonstration experiment, basic experiment, comprehensive experiment and innovation experiment” is constructed. And the curriculum connotation construction of the organic integration of multidimensional ideological and political elements is established. Based on the above methods, the courses have been transformed from the situation that students often shrink back from the difficulties into the situation that they can bravely face the difficulties, and the students’ theory foundation are effectively consolidated, which provides a solid basic and a source of innovation for learning the following courses. Besides, a cross-course, staged and continuous systematical experimental framework can be gradually formed, which lays a solid foundation for students to build a complete knowledge system. Finally, based on the value leading role of “curriculum ideological and political education”, the educational goal of “building morality and cultivating talents” can be truly realized.
