依托“111计划”的矿业国际化人才培养思考与举措

Reflections on the Cultivation of Internationalized Talents in Mining Engineering Based on “Project 111”

在经济全球化大背景下,高等教育国际化已经成为经济全球化的必然产物,随着经济全球化和我国“一带一路”倡议的推进,培养矿业工程高水平国际化人才是当下矿业工程学科的重要使命。依托国家级海外引智基地项目——“111计划”,山东科技大学采矿工程专业通过组建国际师资队伍、引进国际课程体系与培养方案、搭建实践教学国际平台、扩大联合培养规模等举措,培养学生扎实的基础理论和专业知识的同时,可进一步提升学生科技创新能力、外语水平、国际视野等综合素质,助力高水平国际化人才培养。

Under the background of economic globalization, the internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable result of economic globalization. With the promotion of economic globalization and the Belt and Road Initiative of China, cultivating high-level internationalized talents in mining engineering is an important mission of mining engineering discipline nowadays. Based on the “Project 111”, a national overseas intellectual attraction base project, by establishing international faculty, introducing international curriculum and training programs, building an international platform for practice teaching, and expanding the scale of joint training, the mining engineering major of Shandong University of Science and Technology cultivates students with solid basic theories and professional knowledge, and further improves their comprehensive qualities, such as scientific and technological innovation ability, foreign language proficiency, and international vision, which helps the cultivation of high-level international talents.
