湖南省现代学徒制的成效、困境与突破方向

The Effect,Dilemma and Breakthrough Direction of Modern Apprenticeship Education in Hunan Province

以全国现代学徒制试点单位和湖南省试点单位为研究对象,梳理试点现状。分析试点过程中遇到的困境:企业激励制度粗糙、现代学徒制标准缺失、合格的企业师傅稀缺、师傅育人主体地位未显。提出完善现代学徒制企业遴选、激励和退出机制;建立企业师傅入库和出库考核,明晰相应的责、权、利;制订完善现代学徒制培养标准等措施。

The paper combed the current situation of the modern apprenticeship pilot area from the national modern apprenticeship pilot units and the pilot units in Hunan Province.Then it analyzed the difficulties encountered in the pilot process:the rough enterprise incentive system,the lack of modern apprenticeship standards,the scarcity of qualified enterprise master teams,and the main position of master education was not obvious.Last put forward to improve the selection,incentive and exit mechanism of modern apprenticeship enterprises;to establish the assessment of the enterprise’s master in and out of the warehouse,and clarify the corresponding responsibilities,rights and interests;to formulate and improve the training standards of modern apprenticeship system.
