摘要
自提出要“培育精益求精的工匠精神”以来,培养“工匠型”教师成为职业院校教师专业化发展的方向。“工匠型”教师是“双师型”教师中具有“匠人气质”的群体,具有专家和匠人的双重属性,是多维度综合素质的有机合成。产业学院给“工匠型”教师的专业化发展带来了机遇与挑战,在此背景下,需从教师、学校、企业和政府等层面协同配合,共同发力,以促进其专业化发展。
Since it was proposed to "cultivate craftsman spirit of excellence", training "craftsman" teachers has become the direction of professional development of teachers in vocational colleges. "Craftsman" teachers are a group with "craftsman temperament" among "Doublequalified" teachers, which has the dual attributes of expert and craftsman, and is the organic synthesis of multidimensional comprehensive quality. Industrial colleges have brought opportunities and challenges to the professional development of "Craftsman" teachers. In this context, teachers, schools, enterprises and the government should cooperate and work together to promote "Craftsman" teachers professional development.
