摘要
自20世纪初职业生涯教育的前身“就业指导”产生以来,美国高校职业生涯教育经历了六个发展阶段,形成了具有专业化的职业生涯教育体系、全程化的职业生涯教育过程、系统化的职业生涯教育内容、个性化的职业生涯教育模式、生态型职业生涯教育共同体等特色鲜明的教育模式,这对我国高校就业指导如何创新理念、实现专业化发展、因材施教和开放联合等有重要启示。
Since the birth of "vocational guidance", the predecessor of career education in the early 1900s, career education in American colleges and universities has experienced six stages of development and evolution, forming a distinctive education model with professional career education system, whole-stage career education process, systematic career education content, personalized career education model,ecological career education community and so on. This has important implications for China’s colleges and universities to innovate ideas,realize professional development, teach students according to their aptitude and joint opening in terms of employment guidance.
