基于文本分析的高校优秀辅导员群体特质与培养路径——以清华大学为例

Group Characteristics and Training Path of Excellent College Counselors Based on Text Analysis:Taking Tsinghua University as an Example

自1953年政治辅导员制度建立以来,辅导员逐渐成为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。通过对近6届清华大学辅导员最高奖获得者的评奖申请材料和事迹宣传稿件进行文本分析,发现优秀辅导员群体呈现坚持育人为本、注重价值塑造、践行全面发展的特质。优秀辅导员的培养路径应涵盖选拔前、工作中和离岗后三个阶段,要做到精准识别与提前培养结合、一岗深耕与多岗历练并重、发挥余热与长期关心兼顾。

Since the establishment of the counselor system in 1953, counselors have played an important role in China’s political education for college students. Through textual analysis of the application and promoting materials of the top counselor award winners in Tsinghua University, the outstanding counselors are found to focus on student cultivation, value shaping, and comprehensive development. The training of college counselors should cover the pre-post, during-post, and after-post stages, and we should identify and cultivate the counselors in advance, allow to change post, and take long-term care of the graduated counselors.
