区域产业需求导向的创新型人才培养模式研究——以安徽省机器人专业为例

Research on the Training Mode of the Innovative Talents Based on the Demand Orientation of Regional Industry:A Case Study of Robotics in Anhui Province

摘要 机器人相关专业创新型人才的培养是机器人产业健康可持续发展的有力保障,培养符合机器人产业发展需求的创新型人才是地区乃至国家在机器人产业发展规划中的重要组成部分。通过分析安徽省机器人产业的发展情况,梳理机器人产业对相关专业人才的需求,从机器人产业数据管理平台、机器人专业人才产生机制、基础应用并重的人才培养体系及基于机器人产业数据反馈的高校课程改革方法等角度,为安徽省机器人产业创新型人才培养献计献策。 The cultivation of innovative talents in robotics related specialties is a powerful guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of the robot industry. Cultivating innovative talents that meet the development of the robot industry is an important part of the development planning of the robot industry in the region and even the country. By analyzing the development of the robot industry in Anhui Province and sorting out the demand of the robot industry for relevant professionals, this paper offers suggestions for the training of innovative talents in the robot industry in Anhui Province from the perspectives of the data management platform of the robot industry, the generation mechanism of robot professionals, the talent training system focusing on both basic and application, and the university curriculum reform method based on the feedback of robot industry data.
