虚仿实验反哺“制浆原理与工程”课程教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析“制浆原理与工程”课程现状,结合其特点,增设“竹浆氧脱木素过程虚拟仿真实验”,构建“以虚补实、理实一体”的教学构架。虚仿实验以其效果逼真、时效性高、交互好、安全经济、可扩展、易操作等特点,实现传统教学难以完成的知识“认知—运用—掌握—内化”的全过程。学生在“实时”的场景中做到氧脱木素全过程的可视化监控、参数设置、结果反馈评价,从而有效推进仿真反哺教学,提升学生识别、判断、分析和解决复杂问题的综合能力和高阶思维能力。 To improve the teaching effect of Pulping Making Principles and Engineering, virtual simulation experiment is applied to teaching process of oxygen delignification in bamboo pulping. Virtual imitation experiment, with its vivid effect, high timeliness, good interaction, safety and economy, expandability, easy operation and other characteristics, realizes the whole process of “cognition application mastery internalization” of knowledge that is difficult to complete in traditional teaching. Students can achieve visual monitoring, parameter setting and result feedback evaluation of the whole process of oxygen delignification in the “real-time” scene, so as to effectively promote “simulation feedback teaching” and improve students’ comprehensive ability and high-level thinking ability to identify, judge, analyze and solve complex problems.
