摘要 随着互联网时代的到来,线上教育渐兴,引起了大众的广泛关注。为契合数字化时代的发展,开拓高校教学新形式、新途径,从在校大学生视角,结合食品专业基础课程“食品微生物学”,以课前、课中、课后三个教学环节为例,论述传统教学与数字化教学相结合的线上线下混合式教学初体验,分析混合式教学的优点,解开线上教学师生无情感沟通的担忧与困惑,为教学新模式的实施与推广提供助力与参考。 With the advent of the Internet era, online education is becoming more and more popular, which has attracted widespread attention from the public. This paper is to respond to the national call for “suspension of classes” during the epidemic period, and to develop new forms and ways of teaching in colleges and universities in line with the development of the digital era. Therefore, from the perspective of college students, this paper discusses the initial experience of online and offline mixed teaching combining traditional teaching with digital teaching by taking the three-teaching links of pre-class, in-class and after-class as examples in combination with the basic course of Food Microbiology for food specialty. We analyze the advantages of blended teaching, solve the worries and confusion of online teaching teachers and students without emotional communication, and provide support and reference for the implementation and promotion of new teaching mode.
