“互联网+”视域下高校就业创业教育的问题与策略

Problems and Strategies of Employment and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of “Internet +”

“互联网+”背景下,社会生活发生了极大的变化,也为大学生提供了更多就业创业的新机遇。当前大学生已成为时代发展的主力军,但是受市场经济、就业环境等诸多因素影响,大学生的就业能力、创业能力受到制约。在“互联网+”背景下必须要积极改革教育策略,深化高校创业就业教育模式,打造全方面多元化的扶持协同机制,完善人才理念与能力培养体系,构建具有针对性与实效性的就业创业教育制度,有效推动大学生就业创业。通过对当前我国大学生就业创业现状进行分析,了解影响大学生就业创业的主要障碍,提出在“互联网+”视域下高校就业创业教育改革的有效策略。

In the era of “Internet+”, great changes have taken place in social life, which provides college students with more employment opportunities. At present, college students have become the main force of the development of the times, but their employability and entrepreneurial ability are seriously restricted by many factors such as the market economy and the employment environment. Under the background of “Internet+”, it is necessary to actively reform the education strategy, deepen the education mode of entrepreneurship and employment in colleges and universities, create a comprehensive and diversified support and coordination mechanism, improve talent concept and the ability training system, build a more targeted and effective employment and entrepreneurship education system, and effectively promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. This paper analyzes the current situation of the employment and entrepreneurship of college students in China, discusses the main obstacles affecting the employment and entrepreneurship of college students, and puts forward effective strategies for the reform of employment and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from the perspective of “Internet +”.
