高职院校来华留学教育内涵建设探索与实践——以江苏食品药品职业技术学院为例

摘要 “双高计划”建设背景下,推动来华留学教育提质增效内涵发展是提升高职院校国际化人才培养质量,提高国际影响力的必然要求。高职院校将来华留学教育纳入学校总体发展战略,以此链接并带动教育国际化各项工作开展,将“三全育人”理念融入来华留学教育,深化组织机构的协同机制,串联招生、培养、就业(升学)三大环节,着力文化共融提升跨文化适应与沟通能力,全员、全过程、全方位推动来华留学教育在管理机制、教育体系、文化认同等方面的内涵建设。 Under the background of “double-high plan” construction, it is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality and efficiency of education of foreign students to promote the quality and international influence of international talents training. Higher vocational colleges have taken the education of foreign students into their overall development strategy, so as to link and promote the development of education internationalization. The concept of “three-whole education” has been integrated into the education for international students in China. Higher vocational colleges should deepen the coordination mechanism of organization, connect the three links of enrollment, education and employment, focus on cultural integration to improve students’ crosscultural adaptation and communication ability, and promote the connotation construction of the “three-whole education” for international students in China in the aspects of the management mechanism, the education system and the sense of cultural identity.
