新时代高职产业学院建设存在的问题及发展对策

Problems and Development Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Industrial Colleges in the New Era

“双高计划”建设是落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的“先手棋”,产业学院是推动国家职业教育改革的新型办学模式。从“双高计划”建设与产业学院的内在关联出发,分析当前高职产业学院建设中存在的主要问题,围绕“双高计划”建设要求,提出政策先行、明确思路,三元共管、压实责任,校企合一、育训协同,引聘结合、强化师资的新时代产业学院发展对策,为推动高职院校“双高计划”的顺利实施提供理论支撑。

The construction of“Double High Plan”is the first step to implement the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform.Industrial college is a new mode of running schools to promote the reform of national vocational education.Starting from the internal relationship between the construction of“Double High Plan”and the industrial college,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current construction of the industrial college of higher vocational education:vague construction ideas,chaotic management system,rigid education mode,and lack of teachers.Centering on the construction requirements of“Double High Plan”,this paper puts forward the construction policy first and clear ideas,ternary co-management,compaction responsibility,integration of schools and enterprises,education and training coordination.The effective countermeasures of the development of the new era industrial college with the combination of recruitment and strengthening of teachers can provide theoretical support for the smooth implementation of“Double High Plan”in higher vocational colleges.
