高校思想政治工作要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新。学业指导是以学生个体、团体为单位,对学生开展的以完成学业或提升能力为导向的辅导工作。学业指导工作是深化高等教育改革、实现立德树人根本任务的客观要求,是提高高校人才培养质量的现实要求,是拓展思想政治教育内涵、促进学生健康成长的内在要求。学业辅导可以帮助学生树立正确的学习观,提高学生的自主学习能力,挖掘学生的学习内驱力、独立思考能力和解决问题的能力。高校辅导员要把学业指导作为自身的重要工作职责,统筹资源,通力协作,做好学业指导工作。

The ideological and political work in colleges and universities should be changed according to the situation,advanced according to the times and new according to the situation.Academic guidance refers to the guidance work for students to complete their studies or improve their abilities based on individual students and groups.Academic guidance is an objective requirement for deepening the reform of higher education and realizing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating students,a realistic requirement for improving the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,and an internal requirement for expanding the connotation of ideological and political education and promoting the healthy growth of students.Academic guidance can help students establish a correct view of learning,improve their independent learning ability,and tap students’learning motivation,independent thinking ability and problem-solving ability.College counselors should take academic guidance as their important work responsibilities,coordinate resources,work together,and do a good job in academic guidance.
