支部共建对医学专业学风建设的思想政治引领作用探讨

Discussion on the Ideological and Political Leading Role of the Joint Construction of Party Branch in the Construction of Medical Professional Style of Study

师生党支部联合共建不仅有助于教工和学生党员党性修养的提高,而且通过党支部共建活动对专业学风的建设起着积极的推动作用。教工党支部在专业学风建设中起主导作用,通过利用学生党员在学风建设中的优势,充分发挥思想政治引领作用,传播党的理想信念和优良作风。浙大城市学院医护教工党支部以“六轮联动”的工作模式,与学生党支部联合共建,以严谨的教风带动良好的学风,对医学专业的发展、学生的成长成才起到了积极的促进作用。

The joint construction of the Party branch of teachers and students not only contributes to the improvement of the Party spirit of teachers and student Party members,but also plays a positive role in promoting the construction of professional style of study through the joint construction of the Party branch.The Party branch of teachers and workers plays a leading role in the construction of the professional style of study.By making use of the advantages of student Party members in the construction of the style of study,it gives full play to the role of ideological and political guidance,and spreads the Party’s ideals,beliefs and fine style of work.The medical,nursing,teaching and working Party branch of Zhejiang University City College jointly builds with the student Party branch in the working mode of“six rounds of linkage”,and drives a good style of study with a rigorous teaching style,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of the medical profession and the growth of students.
