“漩涡”:教育内卷生成机制解码——兼论教育内卷的破解之道 被引量:8

“Vortex”:Decoding the Generation Mechanism of Educational Involution-On the Solution to the Educational Involution

摘要 近年来,教育内卷受到社会大众和教育研究界的广泛关注。教育内卷意味着教育目的异化、教育有增长而无发展,以及教育资源过度甚至无效损耗。破除教育内卷,需以解码内卷的形成机制为前提。本文从“漩涡”的形成机制出发,指出教育内卷的形成原理在于:改革开放以来的社会大流动与近年来社会分化、固化的张力,以及教育社会功能的二重性,尤其是教育的筛选功能,为各教育主体加大教育投入与竞争提供了动力机制;教育竞争的剧场-同群效应及其交互又进一步强化了教育内卷的群体动力。正是社会张力与两大动力叠加,导致教育内卷不已。通过重建教育价值共识、推进教育去等级化发展和协同监管、构建利益共建共享机制,有助于破除教育单一功能锁定、消除教育内卷的动力机制和社会性前提,从而破解教育内卷。 In recent years,educational involution has received extensive attention from the general public and educational research.Educational involution means alienation of educational purposes,educational growth without development,and excessive or even ineffective depletion of educational resources.Decoding the formation mechanism of involution is the premise to get rid of the involution of education.Starting from the formation mechanism of the“vortex”,the formation principle of educational involution is:the tension between the great social flow since the Economic Reform and opening up and the social differentiation and solidification in recent years,as well as the duality of educational social functions,especially the screening function of education,which provides a dynamic mechanism of educational stakeholders to increases educational investment and competition.The theatergroup effect and its interaction of educational competition further strengthen the group dynamics of educational involution.Social tension and two major driving forces are superimposed,which make education involution can’t stop.By rebuilding the consensus on educational values,promoting the de-hierarchical development and coordinated supervision of education,and building a mechanism for co-construction and sharing of interests,it is possible to break the single-function lock-in of education,eliminate the dynamic mechanism and social premise of educational involution,and thus remove educational involution.
