摘要
“协同提质计划”聚焦地方师范院校的意义到底有多大?通过对我国832个脱贫县和64个中西部陆地边境县的统计分析研究结果显示:仅就上述地区的教师结构看,存在高层次的部属与省属师范大学毕业生“下不去”“、非师范”教师比例不断增加但流动性偏大、地方师范院校师范生是“下得去、留得住”但近年比例有下降趋势等现象。从数据上可以发现“协同提质计划”动员系统力量、助力地方薄弱师范院校加强师范专业建设、提升师范办学质与量的重要价值。
What is the significance of the"Collaborative Quality Improvement Plan"focusing on local normal colleges?Through the statistical analysis of 832 poverty alleviation counties and the land border counties in the central and western regions of China,the results show that:as far as the teacher structure in the above-mentioned counties is concerned,there are phenomena such as high-level national and provincial normal university graduates who"cannot go down",the proportion of"non-normal"teachers is increasing but the mobility is high,and the normal students in local normal colleges can"go down"and"retain",but the proportion has been declining in recent years.The important value of the"cooperative quality improvement plan"is found from the data,that is,to mobilize the power of the system,help the weak local normal colleges to strengthen the construction of normal education,and improve the quality and quantity of normal education.
