The Innovative Construction of a Combined-teaching Team in Open University under the Concept of"Ideological&Political Integration"

思政工作是终身教育的关键一环,也是开放大学落实立德树人的核心建设点。开放大学在“思政融通”理念下建构组合型教学团队,有利于打破团队合作壁垒,增强教师综合素质,培养出技能和德行兼备的学生。文章认为,应当从规划团队教师职能、创新师资培训方式、加强党史教育、增加交流合作、创建人文环境等方面着手构建,助推开放大学所有教育环节与课程思政教育同频共振。

Ideological and political work is a key part of lifelong education,which is also the core construction point of the Open University's implementation of moral education.The Open University builds a combined teaching team under the concept of"ideological and political integration",which is conducive to breaking the barriers of team cooperation,enhancing the comprehensive quality of teachers,and cultivating students with both skills and virtues.The article believes that we should plan the functions of team teachers,innovate the training methods of teachers,strengthen the education of the Party history,increase exchanges and cooperation,and create a humanistic environment,to promote the integration of ideology and politics in all educational links of the Open University.
