旅游服务与管理专业中职生社会支持利用度研究

摘要 社会支持作为有效的心理资源,可以帮助中职生解决不良的心理行为问题。现有研究显示,中职生社会支持水平较低,而社会支持利用度是其主要影响因素。因此,本研究采用部分社会支持评定量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS),对贵州某中等职业学校331名旅游服务与管理专业学生的社会支持利用度进行调查分析。结果显示:⑴中职生社会支持利用度较低,面对烦恼女生比男生更加愿意倾诉;⑵中职生社会支持利用度与其身高、校团体活动、专业选择原因显著相关;⑶身高较高的中职生遇到烦恼时更倾向于不倾诉、不求助;校团体活动参与频率较高的中职生面对烦恼时更倾向于求助;对所读专业拥有更高选择权,对所学专业越感兴趣,对本专业就业前景关注度较高的中职生,面对烦恼时越倾向于求助。在教育实践过程中,中等职业学校可借助校团体活动、特色心理课程、专业就业指导等,提高中职生的社会支持利用度。 Secondary vocational students can correct bad psychological and behavioral problems with the help of social support.However,current studies show that secondary vocational students have low social support,and previous studies seldom consider the preference characteristics of social support utilization.Therefore,this study adopts a partial Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and a self-made Scale to study 331 students majoring in tourism service and management from a secondary vocational school in Guizhou,to provide constructive suggestions on improving the social support for secondary vocational students.The results show that:(1)Secondary vocational students have a lower degree of social support utilization;compared with boys,girls are more willing to talk about their troubles.(2)The social support utilization of secondary vocational students was significantly correlated with their height,school group activities and major choice.(3)Relatively tall people tend not to talk or ask for help when they are in trouble.Those who participate more frequently in school group activities are more inclined to ask for help when facing troubles.They have higher decision-making power over their major.The more interested they are in their major,the more they attach importance to the career prospects of their major,and the more likely they are to seek help when facing troubles.In the development of educational practice,based on understanding the preference characteristics of social support utilization degree of secondary vocational students,the school can improve the social support utilization degree of secondary vocational students by means of school group activities,characteristic psychology classes,and professional employment guidance.
