区域战略性新兴产业创新生态位适宜度评价研究

Research on the Innovation Niche-Fitness Evaluation of Regional Strategic Emerging Industries

面向中国新发展格局和战略性新兴产业高质量发展需要研究产业创新生态位适宜度,对指导区域经济高质量发展建设具有重要意义。本文基于战略生态位管理理论建立战略性新兴产业创新生态位适宜度评价指标体系,运用综合性和阶段性生态位适宜度评价模型对2011—2020年30个区域战略性新兴产业的创新发展现状进行评价,并指出创新受限阶段。研究发现,各区域战略性新兴产业综合性创新生态位适宜度普遍较低,创新引领区域与东部地区创新生态位适宜度优势明显,且随着区域战略性新兴产业创新发展,阻碍产业技术创新发展的主要受限阶段由范式生态位转为技术生态位。本研究旨在指导区域产业资源配置和空间布局,明晰产业创新发展受限阶段及薄弱环节,为各区域制定产业创新发展政策提供参考。

Facing China s new development pattern and the need for high-quality development of strategic emerging industries,checking the industrial innovation niche-fitness is significant for guiding the construction of high-quality regional economic development.Based on the theory of strategic niche management,an index system for evaluating the niche-fitness of strategic emerging industries is established,and a comprehensive and staged niche-fitness evaluation models are used to evaluate the current status of industrial innovation development in 30 regions in China from 2011 to 2020.The study found that the comprehensive innovation niche-fitness of regional strategic emerging industries is generally low.The innovation niche-fitness advantages of the innovation-leading regions and eastern China are apparent.With the innovative development of strategic emerging industries,the main obstacle to the development of industrial,technological innovation has changed from the paradigm niche to the technology niche.The research aims to guide the allocation and spatial layout of regional industrial resources,clarify the limited stages and weak links of industrial innovation development,and provide references for formulating industrial innovation development policies in various regions.
