动态能力视角下组织惯性对制造企业数字化转型的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Organizational Inertia on the Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises from the Perspective of Dynamic Capability

基于制造企业的大样本调查数据,本文实证研究组织惯性对企业数字化转型的影响,并分析知识惯性的调节效应和动态能力的中介作用。研究结果表明:组织惯性对企业数字化转型具有负向影响;学习惯性对组织惯性与动态能力之间的关系具有负向调节作用,而经验惯性对组织惯性与动态能力之间关系的调节作用不明显;动态能力对组织惯性与企业数字化转型之间的关系具有部分中介作用。研究结果不仅对深化组织惯性与企业数字化转型之间关系的研究具有理论启示,同时对降低组织惯性的负面影响、加快中国制造企业数字化转型、推动高质量发展具有重要现实指导意义。

Based on a large sample survey data of manufacturing enterprises,this paper empirically studies the impact of organizational inertia(OI)on the digital transformation(DT)of enterprises,and analyzes the moderating effect of knowledge inertia(KI)and the mediating role of dynamic capabilities(DC).The results show that OI has a negative effect on DT of enterprises.Learning inertia(LI)has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between OI and DC,while experiential inertia(EI)has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between OI and DC.DC has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between OI and DT of enterprises.The research results not only have theoretical enlightenment for deepening the research on the relationship between OI and DT of firms,but also have important practical guiding significance for reducing the negative impact of OI,accelerating the DT of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and promoting high-quality development.
