捏脊加揉足三里联合早期强化氨基酸营养对早产儿免疫功能及发育进程的影响 被引量:1

Effects of spine pinching plus rubbing at Zusanli(ST36)combined with intensive early amino acid supplementation for immune function and development of premature infants

摘要 目的观察捏脊加揉足三里联合早期强化氨基酸营养对早产儿免疫功能及发育进程的影响。方法将108例早产儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组54例予基础治疗^(+)早期强化氨基酸营养干预措施,治疗组54例在对照组治疗基础上予中医捏脊加揉足三里治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组治疗前后外周血免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM、IgA、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、血清前白蛋白(PA)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、氮平衡以及出生时和出生3、6个月生长发育指标。结果2组治疗后IgG、IgM、IgA水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PA、VIP、氮平衡均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),2组治疗后PA、VIP、氮平衡比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组出生3、6个月体质量、身长、头围均较本组出生时增加(P<0.05),出生6个月均较本组出生3个月增加(P<0.05),且治疗组出生3个月体质量、身长、头围及出生6个月身长、头围均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论采用捏脊加揉足三里联合早期强化氨基酸营养能显著改善早产儿免疫功能,对促进早产儿生长发育具有积极作用。 Objective To observe the effects of spine pinching plus rubbing at Zusanli(ST36)combined with intensive early amino acid supplementation for immune function and development process of premature infants.Methods Totally 108 premature infants were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,with 54 per group.All patients were managed by basal treatment^(+)early intensive amino acid nutritional strategy,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with spine pinching plus rubbing at Zusanli(ST36).A 2-week treatment was performed to compare immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgM,IgA,T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),serum prealbumin(PA),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),nitrogen balance(NB),the growth and development index at birth and at aged 3,6 months.Results After treatment,elevated IgG,IgM,IgA levels in groups were found(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05);CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in groups were increased(P<0.05),while CD8^(+)was decreased(P<0.05);the treatment group displayed increased CD3^(+)and CD4^(+),and decreased CD8^(+)(all P<0.05)in comparison of the control group;PA,VIP and NB in groups were increased(P<0.05),which were found no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);the body weight,body length,head circumference(HC)at aged 3,6 months in groups were increased compared with those at birth(P<0.05),which were increased at aged 6 months than those at aged 3 months(P<0.05);the body weight,body length,HC at aged 3 months and the body length,HC at aged 6 months in the treatment group were increased as compared to the concurrent control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spine pinching plus rubbing at Zusanli(ST36)combined with intensive early amino acid supplementation are capable significantly improving their immune function,and with positive effect for promoting growth and development.
