摘要
脱发性疾病主要由多种原因导致的毛囊干细胞增殖分化能力受损造成,毛囊微环境调节着毛囊干细胞的活化状态。外源性干细胞能够调节毛囊部位的微环境,通过多种途径调节毛囊内细胞的生长。该文综述了毛囊干细胞和毛囊微环境对于毛囊生长的调控,以及在脱发性疾病发生中的机制,介绍了外源性干细胞治疗在脱发性疾病中的临床应用进展。
Alopecia is the result of the impaired proliferation and differentiation ability of hair follicle stem cells caused by a variety of reasons.The hair follicle microenvironment regulates the activation state of hair follicle stem cells.Exogenous stem cells can regulate the microenvironment of hair follicle and regulate the growth of hair follicle cells through a variety of ways.This article summarizes the regulation of hair follicle stem cells and hair follicle microenvironment on hair follicle growth and the mechanism in the occurrence of alopecia diseases,and introduces the clinical application progress of exogenous stem cell therapy in alopecia diseases.
