多院区发展作为优质医疗资源扩容的重要载体,成为我国优质医疗卫生资源服务民众的重要举措。文章分析了公立医院多院区发展在优质医疗资源扩容、区域医疗资源均衡布局、快速提高医疗健康服务水平、提升突发公共卫生事件应对能力方面的优势,指出这一模式在经营、财务、医疗质量控制等方面存在的风险,探讨了公立医院多院区发展的实施路径、综合评价机制、统筹管理机制等医院多院区发展问题,为公立医院回归公益、可持续发展提高参考。

As one of the important carriers for the expansion of high-quality medical resources,the multiple branch development of hospitals has become an important measure through which high-quality medical resources serve the public.This paper analyzed the advantages of the multiple branch development model of public hospitals in the expansion of high-quality medical resources,balanced balanced layout of regional medical resources,rapid improvement of medical service level,and in improvement of the response to public health emergencies,pointed out the risks of this model in operation,finance,and medical quality control,and discussed the implementation path,comprehensive evaluation mechanism,and unified management mechanism,in hope of providing reference for the public hospitals to returning to public welfare and realizing sustainable development.
