Reflections on Perfecting Government Investment and Subsidy Mechanism in Public Hospitals

我国的医疗服务供给以公立医疗机构为主,为坚持公立医疗机构的公益性,强调政府办医的主体责任,在形成政府对医疗机构投入或补偿的政策措施方面,经历了复杂而漫长的过程。从国家对医疗卫生事业的战略定位,分析政府投入责任与经济社会环境之间的关系,提出政府、社会对医疗机构分类投入的建议。

China’s medical service supply is mainly public medical institutions.China has gone through a long way to adhering to the public welfare of public medical institutions,emphasizing the primary responsibility of the government in setting up public hospitals,and to developing policies and measures for government investment or compensation to medical institutions.Based on strategic positioning of medical and health undertakings of China,this article analyzed the relationship between government investment responsibility and economic and social environment,and put forward suggestions on government and society investment to medical institutions.
