摘要
后勤服务是医院临床、教学、科研工作的重要保障,直接影响着医院业务的正常开展和医疗服务质量,目前越来越多的医院采用后勤服务社会化服务,亟需加强社会化服务项目的监管。通过分析医院后勤服务社会化监管的难点,结合中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院的管理实例,运用信息化管理模式,建立多维度监管体系,开展全面绩效考核,实现对后勤服务社会化项目全方位、全过程的监管,为医院后勤服务社会化监管工作提供参考。
Logistics service is important support for clinical,teaching and scientific research work of the hospital,which directly affects the hospital operation and the quality of medical services.At present,more and more hospitals adopt logistics outsourcing services,which requires the strengthening of supervision.This article analyzed the difficulties in supervision of logistics outsourcing services,and elaborated the management case of the Third Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat-sen University Lingnan Hospital where information management mode,multi-dimensional supervision system,and comprehensive performance appraisal were adopted to realize all-round whole course supervision of logistics outsourcing services,which provided ideas for supervision of logistics outsourcing services.
