基于信息化的临床路径变异分析与对策研究

Study on Clinical Pathway Variation Based on Information Technology and its Countermeasures

临床路径作为医院精细化管理工具之一,在我国实施已20余年,尤其是推进信息化临床路径实施以来,变异管理成为路径管理工作重中之重。基于信息化临床路径管理工作实践,分析变异原因,得出共性变异管理的频发点及难点,制定方案,借助信息技术对共性变异进行合理管控。

As one of the fine management tools of hospital,clinical pathway has been implemented in China for more than 20 years.Especially since the implementation of informationized clinical pathways has been promoted,variation management has become the most important task in the clinical pathway management.Based on the practice of informationized clinical pathway management,the author analyzed the cause of variation,summarized the frequent and difficult points of common variation management,formulate a plan,and carried out reasonable control of common variation with the help of information technology.
