摘要
目的深入了解低年资护士工作岗位经历横向暴力的现状,分析影响横向暴力发生的因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对11名低年资护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈内容进行分析。结果低年资护士经历横向暴力的3个原因分别是自身因素、组织管理因素、职业因素。结论社会各界应关注低年资护士在工作岗位遭遇横向暴力这一问题,制定有针对性的防范措施,减少暴力发生,改善护士工作环境。
Objective To understand the current situation of lateral violence among junior nurses,and to analyze the influencing factors to provide reference for developing targeted interventions.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 junior nurses using the qualitative research method and the contents of the interview were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step analysis.Results The three causes of lateral violence in junior nurses were their individual factors,organizational management factors,and occupational factors.Conclusion The society should pay close attention to the problem of lateral violence among junior nurses and develop targeted measures to reduce the occurrence of lateral violence and improve their working environment.
