摘要
目的 总结药学部门在医院转型为新冠病毒奥密克戎定点医院后,于清洁区内建立综合药房并开展药学实践的经验与体会,为突发公共卫生事件时药剂科的运行管理提供参考。方法 对清洁区内综合药房的实践进行分析,包括药房选址,功能整合及相关制度规范重建,特殊药品、消毒剂供应,用药安全信息化系统建设,特殊岗位设置及人员合理安排等。结果 医院转型为新冠定点医院,药学部门在清洁区建立综合药房的工作模式切实可行。综合药房整合了门急诊药房、住院药房、静配中心等各药房的功能,重建岗位职责、工作流程,合理安排人员,有效利用空间,利用微信群、前置审方系统等信息化措施,保障了药品供应与用药安全,完善防疫措施,保障了工作人员安全。结论 转型为新冠定点医院时,药学部门在清洁区内建立综合药房可满足临床诊治需求,该模式对未来突发重大公共卫生事件时医疗机构药学部门运行具有参考价值。
Objective To summarize the pharmaceutical practices in establishing a general pharmacy and carrying out pharmacy practice in clean areas after hospital being assigned as a designated hospital for treating patients infected with the new Omicron variant of coronavirus,so as to provide a reference for the other pharmacy departments to deal with public health emergencies in terms of operation and management.Methods Analyze the practice of comprehensive pharmacies in the clean area,including the pharmacy site selection,function integration of pharmacies,reconstruction of system norms,supply of special drugs and disinfectants,construction of drug safety information system,special post setting and rational arrangement of personnel,etc.Result It is feasible for the pharmacy department of a designated hospital to establish a general pharmacy in the clean area.The general pharmacy integrated the functions of outpatient and emergency pharmacies,inpatient pharmacy,pharmacy intravenous admixture services and other pharmacies,reconstructed job responsibilities and work process,arranged personnel rationally,made use of space.WeChat app and pre-prescription review system were utilized to ensure the drug supply and medication safety.Comprehensive epidemic prevention measures were carried out to guarantee the safety of the staff.Conclusion Establishing a general pharmacy in the clean area can fulfill the requirement of clinical diagnosis and treatment in a designated hospital,and this new mode provides a valuable example for pharmacy departments of medical institutions when major public health emergencies occur in the future.
