核辐射防治药物的基础研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in basic research of nuclear radiation prevention drugs

摘要 随着核技术在工业、农业、医学、军事等诸多领域的广泛应用,核事故成为严重损害公众健康的突发公共卫生事件,给人类造成了极大的恐慌和伤害。目前已有一些防护效应较佳的核辐射药物,但其不良反应不容忽视,因此积极寻找新型高效低毒的核辐射防治药物,已成为亟待解决的问题。该文从化学药物、生物制品、中药与天然药物出发,就核辐射防治药物的基础研究进展进行综述,以期为核辐射防治药物的开发与应用提供理论基础。 With the wide application of nuclear technology in industry,agriculture,medicine,military and many other fields,nuclear accident has become a public health emergency that seriously damages public health,causing great panic and harm to human beings.At present,there are some anti-radiation damage drugs with good protective effects,but their side effects cannot be ignored.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to actively search for new type of high efficiency and low toxicity anti-radiation drugs.This article reviewed the research progress of anti-radiation drugs from the perspective of chemical drugs,biological products,traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of anti-radiation drugs.
