参苓白术散调控“肠-肺轴”微生态干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病机理探讨

Mechanism of Shen Ling Bai Zhu Powder in Regulating the“Intestine-Lung Axis”Microecology to Intervene Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的:探讨参苓白术散调控“肠-肺轴”改变微生态干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的作用机理。方法:查阅相关医籍文献和期刊论文,在“肺与大肠相表里”理论和“肠-肺轴”学说指导下,收集整理参苓白术散治疗COPD的临床与实验研究结果,阐释参苓白术散干预COPD的作用机理。结果:肠道微生态菌群介导的“肠-肺轴”是肺与大肠相表里传统理论的现代内涵;肠道菌群微生态紊乱致肌体阴阳失衡从而加重COPD的发生发展;参苓白术散可通过抗病毒、抗炎和抗氧化,激活菌群与免疫系统间的信号通路,进而调节肌体免疫,干预COPD进程。结论:参苓白术散治疗COPD具有丰富的中西医理论基础和实验依据,肠道菌群微生态变化引起的肌体免疫障碍是COPD发生发展的重要因素,参苓白术散可通过抗炎、调节肠道菌群和免疫对其起到治疗作用。

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Shen Ling Bai Zhu Powder(SLBSP)regulating the"intestine-lung axis"to change the microecology to intervene chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods:Consulting the relevant medical literature and periodical papers and guided by the theory of"lung and large intestine are exteriorly and interiorly related"and the theory of"intestine-lung axis",we collected and sorted out the clinical and experimental results of SLBSP treating COPD to explain the mechanism of SLBSP intervening COPD.Results:The"intestine-lung axis"mediated by intestinal microbiota is the modern connotation of the traditional theory that lung and large intestine are exteriorly and interiorly related;The imbalance of yin and yang in body caused by the disturbance of intestinal microflora may aggravate the occurrence and development of COPD;SLBSP could activate the signal pathway between flora and immune system through anti-virus,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant,thereby regulating the body immunity and intervening the COPD process.Conclusion:SLBSP has rich theoretical basis and experimental basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating COPD.The body immune disorder caused by the changes of intestinal flora microecology is an important factor in the occurrence and development of COPD.SLBSP can play a therapeutic role by anti-inflammatory,regulating intestinal flora and immunity.
