燕赵医家李东垣《脾胃论》治疗发热无名方组方配伍及现代临床应用探析

Compatibility and Modern Clinical Application of Wu Ming Fang for Fever in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach by Li Dongyuan in Yan Zhao

本研究围绕李东垣《脾胃论》中治疗发热的两首无名方,依据原文记载从证治机理、方药配伍、临床应用等方面进行阐释,得出无名方一适宜治疗气虚热证和脾虚湿盛证、无名方二适宜治疗心火亢盛证和阳明气分证的结论,借助研究无名方,以探讨李东垣用药特点、组方规律,为进一步挖掘其学术思想提供借鉴。

This study,centering on the two Wu Ming Fang(nameless prescription)for fever in Li Dongyuan's Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach(Pi Wei Lun),explains them from syndrome differentiaiton and treatment mechanism,compatibility of prescriptions and medicinals,clinical application and other aspects according to the original records,and draws the conclusion that Wu Ming Fang One is suitable for the treatment of qi deficiency heat syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,and Wu Ming Fang Two is suitable for the treatment of heart fire hyperactivity syndrome and yang ming qi aspect syndrom;With the help of the research on Wu Ming Fang,this paper discusses the characteristics of Li Dongyuan's medication and the rules of formulation,and provides reference for further research into his academic ideas.
