追风透骨胶囊联合氨甲喋呤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的效果

Effects of Zhuifeng Tougu capsules combined with Methotrexate in treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察追风透骨胶囊联合氨甲喋呤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的100例类风湿关节炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用甲氨喋呤片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合追风透骨胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、T细胞亚群指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组关节压痛、关节肿胀、晨僵等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:追风透骨胶囊联合氨甲喋呤治疗类风湿关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性因子水平和中医证候积分,以及改善T细胞亚群指标水平,其效果优于单纯氨甲喋呤治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Zhuifeng Tougu capsules combined with Methotrexate in treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Methotrexate tablets,while the study group was treated with Zhuifeng Tougu capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],the T cell subset index levels(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than the control group of 74.00%(37/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of joint tenderness,joint swelling and morning stiffness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhuifeng Tougu capsules combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the TCM syndrome score,and improve the levels of T cell subset indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Methotrexate treatment.
