血栓调节蛋白、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物水平与弥散性血管内凝血分期的相关性

Correlations among thrombomodulin and thrombin-antithrombin complex levels and disseminated intravascular coagulation staging

目的:探讨血栓调节蛋白(TM)、凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)水平与弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)分期的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年2月该院收治的86例DIC患者进行前瞻性研究,设为DIC组,选取同期86名健康体检者设为对照组。比较两组及DIC组不同分期患者的TM和TAT水平,采用Pearson相关性分析TM水平、TAT水平与DIC分期的相关性。结果:DIC组TM和TAT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);继发性纤溶亢进期DIC患者TM和TAT水平高于消耗性低凝期、高凝期,且消耗性低凝期DIC患者高于高凝期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,TM、TAT水平与DIC分期呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:TM、TAT水平与DIC分期呈正相关。

Objective:To investigate correlations among thrombomodulin(TM)and thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT)levels and disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC)stage.Methods:A prospective study was performed on 86 DIC patients admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 and they were selected the DIC group,and 86 healthy individuals during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of TM and TAT were compared between the two groups and the patients of different gradings in the DIC group.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlations among the TM and TAT level and DIC grading.Results:The levels of TM and TAT in the DIC group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TM and TAT in the DIC patients in secondary fibrinolytic stage were higher than those in the patients in consumptive hypocoagulable stage and hypercoagulable stage;the TM and TAT levels in the DIC patients in consumptive hypocoagulable stage were higher than those in the hypercoagulable stage;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of TM and TAT were positively correlated with the DIC staging(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of TM and TAT are positively correlated with the DIC staging.
