Effects of chronic disease long-term prescription contracted service on hypertensive patients

目的:观察慢性病长处方签约服务对高血压患者的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的92例高血压患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组每次就诊开具4周药物使用量,观察组每次就诊开具8周药物使用量,两组均持续6个月,比较两组血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平、高血压患者自我管理行为测评量表(HPSMBRS)评分、生命质量测定量表(QLICD-HY)评分、服药依从性和就医满意率。结果:治疗前后,两组SBP、DBP水平和HPSMBRS评分、QLICD-HY评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组服药依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组就医满意率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用慢性病长处方签约服务对高血压患者血压、自我管理能力、生命质量以及服药依从性无影响,但可提高其就医满意率。

Objective:To observe effects of chronic disease long-term prescription contracted service on hypertensive patients.Methods:A prospective study was performed on 92 hypertensive patients admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to January 2021,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each.The control group was prescribed 4-week drug usage per visit,while the observation group was prescribed 8-week drug usage per visit.The treatments lasted for 6 months.The blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],the hypertensive patient self-management behavior rating scale(HPSMBRS)score,the quality of life measurement scale(QLICD-HY)score,the medication compliance and the medical satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in SBP,DBP,HPSMBRS score and QLICD-HY score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the medication compliance scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The medical satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 73.91%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The chronic disease long-term prescription contracted service has no effects on the blood pressure,the self-management ability,the quality of life and the medication compliance of the hypertensive patients,but it can improve the medical satisfaction rate.
