乳管镜灌注冲洗与乳癖消片治疗乳腺导管内囊性增生患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of mammary ductoscopy irrigation and Rupixiao tablets in treatment of patients with breast intraductal cystic hyperplasia

目的:比较乳管镜灌注冲洗与乳癖消片治疗乳腺导管内囊性增生患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月该院收治的60例乳腺导管内囊性增生患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组予以乳癖消片口服治疗,观察组予以乳管镜灌注冲洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、世界卫生组织生活简易量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳管镜灌注冲洗治疗乳腺导管内囊性增生患者可提高治疗总有效率和WHOQOL-BREF评分,降低VAS、SAS和SDS评分,效果优于口服乳癖消片治疗。

Objective:To compare effects of mammary ductoscopy irrigation and Rupixiao tablets in treatment of patients with breast intraductal cystic hyperplasia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with breast intraductal cystic hyperplasia who were admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Rupixiao tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with mammary ductoscopy irrigation.The clinical efficacy,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the world health organization quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)score,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of each dimension of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Mammary ductoscopy irrigation in the treatment of the patients with breast intraductal cystic hyperplasia can improve the total effective rate and the WHOQOL-BREF score,and reduce the VAS,SAS and SDS scores.Moreover,it is superior to oral Rupixiao tablets treatment.
