随着全球新能源行业革命的加速推进、风电装机量的持续增长及存量风电机组规模的不断扩大,平价时代背景下风电机组服役期间保障发电量的重要性越发凸显,因此叶片例行检查维修对于保持机组叶片健康稳定运行至关重要。基于此,中铝宁夏能源集团银星能源股份有限公司大力推行创新,发明一种风电机组叶片内部巡检设备,该文对此设备的创新与应用展开阐述。

With the acceleration of the revolution of the global new energy industry,the continuous growth of wind power installation and the continuous expansion of the scale of wind turbines,the importance of ensuring power generation during the service of wind turbines in the parity era is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,the routine inspection and maintenance of blades is very important to keep the blades running healthily and stably.Based on this,Chinalco Ningxia Energy Group Silver Star Energy Co.,Ltd.promoted innovation and invented a kind of internal inspection equipment for wind turbine blades,this paper expounds the innovation and application of this equipment.
