溃决型泥石流格栅坝与拦渣坝组合配置研究及运用--以9·17云南元谋海洛箐泥石流为例

摘要 震惊全国的9·17云南元谋泥石流松散物源储量巨大,水动力异常强大,纵坡降大且卡口地形发育,在主支沟均形成堰塞湖并诱发溃决型泥石流,造成巨大的经济损失和社会影响。该应急治理工程采用格栅坝与拦渣坝组合,在沟道中上游易形成堰塞湖地段设置格栅坝以“拦大排小、边拦边排”,降低产生堰塞湖诱发溃决型泥石流的巨大风险。格栅坝与拦渣坝组合运用有利于提高实体坝安全稳定性,有效增加拦蓄库容,值得溃决型泥石流防治工程借鉴。 The debris flow of September 17 in Yuanmou,Yunnan,which shocked the whole country,has huge loose source reserves,strong hydrodynamic force,large longitudinal slope and well-developed bayonet topography,which forms barrier lakes and induces collapse debris flow in the main branch ditch,resulting in huge economic losses and social impact.In this emergency treatment project,the combination of grille dam and slag retaining dam is adopted,and grille dams are set up in the middle and upper reaches of the gully,with the characteristics of"blocking large and draining small,and draining while blocking",so as to reduce the huge risk of collapse debris flow induced by dammed lake.The combined application of grille dam and slag retaining dam is beneficial to improve the safety and stability of solid dam and effectively increase the storage capacity,which can be used as a reference for the prevention and control of collapsing debris flow.
