医用臭氧联合输卵管阻塞介入再通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者的效果

Effects of medical ozone combined with interventional fallopian tube recanalization in treatment of patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility

目的:观察医用臭氧联合输卵管阻塞介入再通术(FTR)治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症(FTOI)患者的效果。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年12月该院收治的76例FTOI患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组行FTR治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合医用臭氧治疗。术后随访12个月,比较两组治疗总有效率、妊娠成功率及并发症发生率;术后随访18个月,比较两组复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后12个月妊娠成功率高于对照组,术后18个月复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.63%,低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用臭氧联合FTR治疗FTOI患者可提高治疗总有效率和妊娠成功率,降低复发率和并发症发生率,效果优于单纯FTR治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of medical ozone combined with interventional fallopian tube recanalization(FTR)in treatment of patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility(FTOI).Methods:76 FTOI patients admitted to this hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FTR,while the observation group was treated with medical ozone on the basis of that of the control group.They were followed up for 12 months postoperatively.The total effective rate,the pregnancy success rate and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.After 18 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate 12 months after the surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate 18 months after the surgery was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Medical ozone combined with FTR in the treatment of the FTOI patients can improve the total effective rate and the pregnancy success rate,and reduce the recurrence rate and the complication rate.Moreover,it is superior to single FTR.
