重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患者的效果

Effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with Pranoprofen eye drops in treatment of anaphylactic conjunctivitis

目的:观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年3月80例过敏性结膜炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组使用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗,比较两组治疗前后症状评分、血清免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]水平、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分和角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组症状评分为(8.93±2.84)分,低于对照组的(11.54±3.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IgA、IgE、IgG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组BUT均长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组OSDI和FL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患者可降低其症状评分、OSDI评分、FL评分以及IgA、IgE、IgG水平,延长BUT,效果优于单纯普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with Pranoprofen eye drops in treatment of anaphylactic conjunctivitis.Methods:80 patients with anaphylactic conjunctivitis from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with Pranoprofen eye drops,while the observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops on the basis of that of the control group.The symptom scores,the serum immunoglobulin levels[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin E(IgE),and immunoglobulin G(IgG)],the tear film break-up time(BUT),the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score and the corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(8.93±2.84),which was lower than the control group of(11.54±3.75),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum IgA,IgE and IgG in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the BUT in the two groups were longer those than before the treatment,and that of the observation group was longer than that of the control group;the OSDI and FL scores in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with Pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of THE patients with anaphylactic conjunctivitis can reduce their symptom scores,OSDI scores,FL scores and IgA,IgE,IgG levels,and prolong the BUT.Moreover,it is superior to single Pranoprofen eye drops treatment.
