胃苏颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗功能性消化不良患者的效果

Effects of Weisu granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis capsules in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:观察胃苏颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(FD)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年6月该院收治的100例FD患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胃苏颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肠道菌群计数和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组脘腹痞满、胸胁胀痛、嗳气频作、心烦和善太息等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌计数均高于对照组,肠杆菌、酵母菌、肠球菌计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗FD患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低其中医证候积分,改善其肠道菌群计数,效果优于单纯地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Weisu granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis capsules in treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:100 FD patients admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with Bacillus licheniformis capsules,while the observation group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the intestinal flora count and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of abdominal fullness,chest and flank distending pain,frequent belching,upset and preference for sighing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the counts of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the counts of Enterobacter,Yeast and Enterococcus were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Weisu granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis capsules in the treatment of the FD patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and improve the intestinal flora count.Moreover,it is superior to single Bacillus licheniformis capsules.
