五子散结散中药封包联合消核散结胶囊治疗乳癖病肝郁痰凝证患者的效果

Effects of Wuzi Sanjie San traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Xiaohe Sanjie capsules in treatment of patients with Rupi disease and liver-qi stagnation with phlegm syndrome

目的:观察五子散结散中药封包联合消核散结胶囊治疗乳癖病肝郁痰凝证患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月该院收治的98例乳癖病肝郁痰凝证患者进行前瞻性研究。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组给予院内制剂消核散结胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合五子散结散中药封包治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、乳房肿块最大直径,以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组乳房肿块最大直径均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五子散结散中药封包联合消核散结胶囊治疗乳癖病肝郁痰凝证患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分,缩小乳房肿块最大直径,效果优于单纯消核散结胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Wuzi Sanjie San traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Xiaohe Sanjie capsules in treatment of patients with Rupi disease and liver-qi stagnation with phlegm syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 patients with Rupi disease and liver-qi stagnation with phlegm syndrome who were admitted to this hospital from January to December 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given Xiaohe Sanjie capsules,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of that of the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the maximum diameter of breast lumps,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,which was higher than 75.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the maximum diameter of breast lumps in both groups were lower than those before the treatment,that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wuzi Sanjie San traditional Chinese medicine package combined with Xiaohe Sanjie capsules in treatment of the patients with Rupi disease and liver-qi stagnation with phlegm syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome score and the maximum diameter of breast lumps.Moreover,it is superior to single Xiaohe Sanjie capsules.
