摘要
近年来,随着3D打印技术的普及,FDM技术在其中的应用也越来越广泛。通过分析FDM技术和3D打印技术的原理,针对FDM技术在打印过程中引起挤出机构过热,影响打印成品的表面平滑度和精度等问题,研究和设计了两种挤出机构的优化方案。通过对比,验证了两种方案均可有效提升3D打印机的加工技术水平,提高相关技术应用的安全性、可靠性、灵活性,降低生产成本。
In recent years, with the continuous promotion of 3D printing technology, FDM technology has been more and more widely used. Aiming at the problems that FDM technology causes the extrusion mechanism to overheat during the printing process and affects the surface smoothness and accuracy of the printed product, two optimization schemes for the design of the extrusion mechanism are studied and designed by analyzing the principle of FDM technology and 3D printing technology. Through comparative analysis, it is founded that the two schemes can effectively improve the processing technology level of 3D printers, improve the security, reliability and flexibility of related technology applications, and reduce production costs.
