基于城市特定人群的绿色智慧康养平台搭建初探

Preliminary Study on the Construction of Green Intelligent Health Platform Based on the Specific Urban Groups

大量实证研究表明自然促进健康的机制与途径,以自然活动为基础的干预措施融入基础医疗实践对发挥自然的非药物干预作用十分重要。然而,利用园林绿地作为健康干预措施因缺乏各方面技术集成,其实践应用尚处于初级阶段。本研究选取城市居民中有代表性的五类人群,即老年人、儿童、高压人群、慢性病人群、亚健康人群,提出了基于城市特定人群身心健康的绿色智慧康养平台构建模式,旨在梳理园林康养活动体系,完善园林康养师职业培训体系,集成并推进定量研究。人工智能技术、物联网技术和园林康养技术的结合,可降低社会医疗成本,推动以自然活动为基础的干预措施在基础医疗中的实践应用。

A large number of empirical studies have shown the mechanism and pathways of nature health promoting effect. It is important to integrate the intervention measures based on natural activities into the basic medical practice to play the role of natural non-drug intervention. However, the use of green space as a health intervention is still in its elementary stage due to the lack of integration of various technologies. This study selects five representative groups of urban population, namely, the elderly, children, high-pressure group, chronic patients and sub-health group, and puts forward the construction mode of green intelligent health platform based on the physical and mental health of specific groups. The purpose is to sort out the landscape well-being activity system, to improve the vocational training system of landscape therapist, and to integrate and promote quantitative research. The combination of the technologies of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and landscape well-being can reduce social medical costs, and promote the practical application of nature-based interventions in basic medical care.
