共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。新时代扎实推进共同富裕需要厘清什么是“共同富裕”、为什么要“共同富裕”以及如何实现“共同富裕”,需要处理好“部分人富裕和全民富裕“”物质富裕和精神富裕“”长期目标和短期任务“”经济与政治“”中国式现代化和‘福利社会’“”公有制为主体和多种所有制共同发展“”三次分配制度“”城乡与区域关系“”市场与政府“”实现共同富裕与加强党的集中统一领导”等基本关系,纠正当前对共同富裕的错误认知、错误观点和错误论调,进一步凝聚共识,汇聚推进共同富裕的磅礴力量。

Common prosperity is an essential ommon prosperity in the new era, it requirement of socialism and an important feature of the modernization with Chinese characteristics. To promote common prosperity in the new era, it is necessary to clarify what“common prosperity”is, why“common prosperity”is needed, and how to achieve it. We need to deal with the issues of“prosperity for some and prosperity for all”,“material prosperity and cultural prosperity”,“long-term goals and short-term tasks”,“economy and politics”,“the modernization with Chinese characteristics and welfare societies in Western countries”,“public ownership as the mainstay and joint development of multiple ownership systems”,“three-time distribution system”,“coordinated regional development”,“market and government”,“strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party in the whole process and in all fields to achieve common prosperity”and other basic relations. We should correct the current misconceptions, wrong viewpoints and misleading arguments about common prosperity, in order to further build up a consensus on reform and gather majestic forces to promote common prosperity.
