百年来,中国共产党始终秉持为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的初心使命,党领导的银行体系是这部百年史诗的重要篇章,它发轫于新民主主义革命时期革命根据地的银行,成长和成熟于社会主义建设和改革开放时期,并于新时代进入高质量发展的新阶段。百年来银行体系的历史演进,揭示出坚持党的统一领导、坚持服务实体经济、坚持市场化改革方向、坚持符合国情的发展模式、坚持对外开放等宝贵经验。以史为鉴、开创未来,进入新发展阶段,银行业高质量发展需要将“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念作为行动纲领和科学指南,为推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、实现第二个百年奋斗目标强化金融支撑。

Over the past century, the CPC has always upheld its original mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. The banking system led by the CPC is an important chapter in this century-long epic, which originated from the banks in the revolutionary base areas during the New Democratic Revolution, grew and matured during the socialist construction and reform and opening-up periods, and entered a new stage of high-quality development in the new era. The historical evolution over the past century has revealed valuable experience such as adhering to the unified leadership of the CPC, serving the real economy, adhering to the direction of market-oriented reform, adhering to a development model in line with national conditions, and adhering to openness to the outside world. Learning from history and creating the future, the banking industry needs to take the new development concept of“innovation, coordination, evironment-friendliness, openness and sharing”as its action programme and scientific guide for high-quality development in the new development stage, so as to strengthen financial support for the new journey of building a modern socialist country and achieving the second centenary goal.
