微量元素处理对关苍术挥发性成分的影响

摘要 为研究微肥对关苍术有效成分的影响,采用L_(8)(2^(7))正交试验,试验因素为钼肥、锌肥和硼肥,在不同的微肥实施方案下,通过Chromaster系列高效液相色谱仪测定关苍术中苍术素、苍术酮、白术内酯Ⅱ含量。结果表明:提高关苍术所含有效成分苍术酮、苍术素含量的最优水平为B_(2)Mo_(2)Zn_(1),即混合施0.35%Mo肥与0.3%B肥;提高关苍术的白术内酯Ⅱ的含量的最优水平为Zn_(2)B_(1)Mo_(2)或Zn_(2)B_(1)Mo_(1),即混合施0.1%Zn肥和0.35%Mo肥,或单施0.1%Zn肥。该试验通过喷施Mo肥、Zn肥、B肥以及不同的组合处理,能够有效提高关苍术有效成分含量。 The L_(8)(2^(7))orthogonal test design was used to study the effects of micronutrient fertilizer treatments on the effective components of Atractylodes japonica.Under different micronutrient fertilizer(molybdenum(Mo)fertilizer,zinc(Zn)fertilizer and boron(B)fertilizer)implementation plans,the contents of atractylodin,atractylone,atractylenolide Ⅱ in A.japonica were determined by chromaster series high performance liquid chromatograph of Eucalyptus.The results showed that the optimum level for increasing the contents of atractylone and atractylodin of A.japonica was B_(2)Mo_(2)Zn_(1),that was,mixed application of 0.35% Mo fertilizer and 0.3% B fertilizer.The optimum levels for increasing the content of atractylenolide Ⅱ in A.japonica were Zn_(2)B_(1)Mo_(2) and Zn_(2)B_(1)Mo_(1),that were,mixed application of 0.1% Zn fertilizer and 0.35% Mo fertilizer,or single application of 0.1% Zn fertilizer.In this experiment,spraying Mo fertilizer,Zn fertilizer,B fertilizer and different fertilizer combinations can effectively improve the content of effective components in A.japonica.
