摘要
该文通过对某液相柴油加氢装置标定能耗与设计能耗的对比分析,发现在装置正常运行下循环水、1.3 MPa蒸汽、电、燃料气的实际消耗与设计值存在差距。针对存在的用能问题实施完全热进料、降低汽提蒸汽、采用热媒水伴热、机泵重新定制叶轮等节能措施。装置能耗由2017年标定的5.83 kgEO·t^(-1)降至2021年的平均4.88 kgEO·t^(-1),能耗下降0.95 kgEO.t^(-1)。该文针对节能措施的分析和总结可以为其他装置提供借鉴和参考。
In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the calibration energy consumption and design energy consumption of a liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation unit in 2017,it is found out that there are gaps between the actual consumption and the design value in terms of circulating water,1.3 MPa steam,electricity,and fuel gas.It is analyzed that the unit has insufficient energy consumption in terms of cooling material in the tank farm,product diesel flash point,deviation of the running machine pump from the actual working conditions,and heat tracing of equipment pipelines.In response to these deficiencies,the unit adopts complete heat feeding and reduces stripping steam,using heat medium water tracing,and re-customizing the impeller for the machine pump whose actual power deviates from the rated power,which can reduce the energy consumption of the unit from 5.83 kgEO·t^(-1)calibrated in 2017 to an average of 4.88 kgEO·t^(-1)in 2021,and the energy consumption by nearly 1 kgEO·t^(-1).This paper can provide some references for similar units through the analysis and summary of energy-saving measures of the liquidphase diesel hydrogenation unit.
