摘要
针对影响润滑油加氢装置长周期运行的因素进行了分析。指出进料馏程、干点、杂质(硫、氮)含量、加氢裂化尾油掺炼量、操作条件以及反应器压降等是主要因素,尤其是硫、氮含量高易使催化剂中毒失活,并结合实际情况提出了相应的建议。
The factors affecting the long-term operation of lubricating oil hydrogenation unit were analyzed.The analysis revealed that the main factors were the distillation range,dry point and the content of impurities(sulfur and nitrogen)of the feed,the amount of mixed hydrocracking tail oil,the operating conditions and the reactor pressure drop,and especially the high content of sulfur and nitrogen were easy to cause the catalyst poisoning and deactivation.Combined with the actual situation,this paper put forward the corresponding suggestions.
