该文分析了国内成品油在储存和调和过程中,常规调和搅拌系统存在的弊端。借鉴原油储罐上自动旋转喷射搅拌器成功应用的经验,通过国内某大型炼化一体化成品油储罐调和系统的改造案例,分析说明新的调和搅拌系统有效杜绝了传统机械搅拌器密封点易泄漏的弊端,解决了储罐沉积物问题,大幅缩短了成品油调和周期,提高了经济效益。

This paper reviewed the disadvantages of the conventional blending and mixing system in the process of domestic oil products storage and blending.By learning the successful application experience of the automatic rotary jet mixer in crude oil storage tank,this paper took the improvement on the oil products tank and blending system in an integrated refinery/chemical company as an example,and illustrated that the newly-improved blending system has effectively eliminated the sealing leakage points existed in the traditional mechanical mixer,solved the problem of storage tank sediment,greatly shortened the period of oil products blending,and improved the economic benefits.
