摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤汤加减治疗春季肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取肝阳上亢型高血压患者80例,采用完全区组随机法将患者分为两组各40例,对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予天麻钩藤饮治疗,两组疗程均为28天。观察两组中医症状积分、动态血压下降幅及肾素、血管紧张素水平。结果:治疗后两组中医症状积分、动态血压较治疗前下降,治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05);治疗后两组肾素、血管紧张素水平均明显下降(P﹤0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加减治疗春季肝阳上亢型高血压病的疗效确切。天麻钩藤饮可改善春季肝阳上亢型高血压患者的临床症状,并在降压的同时降低肾素、血管紧张素的水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction on spring hypertension with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome.Methods:80 cases of selected patients with hypertension with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome were divided into two groups by randomized complete block method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.TCM syndrome scores,decreasing amplitude of ambulatory blood pressure,renin and angiotensin system were observed in two groups.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and ambulatory blood pressure were decreased in two groups compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);the levels of renin and angiotensin system were significantly decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of modified Tianma Gouteng decoction on spring hypertension with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome is definite.Modified Tianma Gouteng decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spring hypertension with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome,and effectively reduce the levels of renin and angiotensin system while blood pressure is reduced.
